You guys. This recipe is unreal good, and so easy to make. I feel like a chef every time I cook it, and using chickpea pasta and kale adds extra protein and fiber to make this a sneaky-healthy meal.
If you want, get creative with this recipe! I love to add extra lemon for the taste, or kale and some grilled chicken or shrimp to make it even more filling. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do- bon appétit!
