Number 1: Track your food…and do it honestly!
Tracking your food intake will give you an idea of your eating habits. You may come to realize you are not eating as many vegetables as you thought or that you can use more protein with your meals!
Number 2: Focus on portion size!
Instead of cutting a food out of your diet, try practicing better portion control. This will help you have more control over your diet rather than having to eliminate some of your favorite foods!
Number 3: Get support!
Try a supportive community or personal coach, get people on your team to educate, guide and support your goals. If you could do it alone, you would have already.
